I had one of those small braided vacuum lines crack a while back, which caused a check engine light... I replaced it with a generic line from an auto parts retailer, and I'm not sure if the diameters are actually to spec. The code P0171 "bank 1 too lean" (OBD2) persists though... could this be caused by an improper size of line???

I'm in rural BC, so resources are limited.
