IMHO, if I am loyal to a company and they had to raised their prices in accordance to inflation, competition, etc. etc. to increase profits. I would still go there because I know their work is good which is why I am a "loyal" customer.

I am not saying your company is hurting for profit but I am just saying, a loyal customer would understand.
