How ever with that said, to protect yourself I think you should have a disclaimer that only the labor is warrantied and not the parts brought in by the owner. After all you don't know where the parts came from and you have no control on the quality.

You can throw in a incentive for people to buy parts from you by giving them a small discount, like...and I am just throwing out a %...5% on parts.
