Default Front Wheel Bearings

So I took on the task of replacing my front wheel bearing and things were going too smooth. As shown below I have taken out the four hex bolts that hold the bearing and hub to the axle(?). From the two DIY's I've read, after taking off the four bolt the housing should come off with some strong but not forceful encouragement from a rubber mallet. I have sprayed the inside(since the bearing will be replaced anyway) and the outside with PB blaster hoping to loosen the corrosion or rust. After 2 hours it still has not moved a cm. Does anyone know why its so stuck, or is there something else that needs to be taken off first?

Thanks!
