Default Latest 2008 A4 rendering

<center><img src="http://photos1.blogger.com/x/blogger/4965/683/1600/545116/Carscoop_A4_RS.jpg"></center><p>'Carscoop' has a translated version of Autoblog's latest next-gen A4 prediction.

The magazine offers little new information, other than a rather specific engine lineup list.

Although the power output of the forthcoming ValveLift-equipped 3.2 FSI is stated to be 260hp, more reliable sources place it at a more competitive 300hp.<ul><li><a href="http://carscoop.blogspot.com/2007/01/2008-audi-a4-renderings.html">Read the full article</a></li></ul>

Default Those hp improvements look great

I want to hear what they have done with the vehicle weight too.

Default The HP improvements should be even higher than what's on that list. Weight a different issue...

Don't be surprised if the predicted base 2.0T A4 model (American version) gets bumped up to 220hp while the 3.2 gets a rating of 300hp. These numbers would keep the new A4 competitive with American-market rivals from BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, and even Infiniti.

Also, according to the RoadJet Concept specs, the weight of the new A4 may increase, but only slightly.
