Default Spent Saturday detailing a FX35 and G35...I love my Flex tool!

I see both cars twice a year, one for post-Winter clean up and pre-Winter prep. The Flex tool really makes it easier to clean up the paint.

Man was it cold yesterday, low 30s all day. Luckily the garage is about 45-50 degrees and the halogen light I brought helped.

I used SIP to take care of the paint. The FX had quite a few things needed to be taken care of. Lots of big scuff marks. Some of the damage went through the paint so couldn't do anything about that. The G35 had a lot of hard water spots that were removed.

I don't have any before pics of the G35. By the time I finished the FX, I was tired and just wanted to get started on the G.

Detailing a A8 today...that is going to be a fun one. Just from what I saw after it was dropped off (at night), TONS of swirls everywhere. But I'm sure the trusty Flex will take care of that!

Default Nice work...

There's a shop heater at Sams Club that runs for about $35. Lasko is the manufacturer...ultra portable and only takes about 5 minutes to get the garage up to bearable heat...I swear by it.

http://www.laskoproducts.com/heaters/model_5900.html
