Default I use a shop vac to get all the dirt and **** first then I use a Bissell shampoo

machine that I picked up a target. Just mix their formula as directed with hot water and go to town. The machine itself also heats the formula which I let sit for a few. Thats about it. The thing is incredible and works like a charm. Just wish it had smaller attachments. Thats my secret to getting them to look practically brand new. His drivers was pretty ragged for sure. They also sell the same machine at home depot for seventy or so but it doesn't have the heater. The one I got at taget was ninety or so. Hope that helps. Worth every penny and pays for itself in the end. Let me know if you have any other questions, glad to help.

Default I have a faucet hookup Bissell that I use hot water and Bissell chemicals...

pretreat, let sit, go over it thoroughly, then again with just hot water.

It does fine on darker carpets, sorta meh on lighter ones.

Which reminds me I need to order a new attachment, mine broke. $10 from amazon, woo!
