I do not work for dension. There are no new features to the user, however the design is greatly changed, well more so the implementation, instead of using hardware to convert the signals, they reprogrammed the icelink to interpret them itself so the black or silver box is completely removed, replaced by some type of cable switcher, I dont have mine yet but I can take pics when I get it. Reliability is supposed to be improved, as well as a common problem such as the phone mute function actually pausing and unpausing the ipod.
