Would this CD Player fit in a place of my current Symphony?

I would like to replace my current Symphony CD Player but am having a hard time finding something that would fit without having to do a ton of modifications. Does anyone know if this Pioneer FH-P4200MP (http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/pna/product/detail/0,,2076_4043_152869141,00.html?compName=PNA_Produc tDetailComponent) would be a good fit? Any help is greatly appriciated!
