Default Dash Display is a no go?

After my last oil change, I started my car and noticed that my dash display wasn't working. When I initially put it into gear, the screen will tell me to apply the brake before switching gears and my gas light will appear but my MPG, cd track information, temperature and everything else isn't working

Once again, any help.. or suggestions would be AMAZING !

Thanks.

You tried cycling through with the switch on the wiper blade lever?
