I paid MSRP,
$118,000 Ibis White over Black, R-Tronic base R8, $5,500 Enhanced Leather, $3,500 Prem Pkg, $1,800 B&O Sound, $2,000 Nav, $2,000 Carbon Side Blades, $2,100 Gas Guzzler, $995 Destination. Added Engine Carbon Trim and Interior Carbon Trim at delivery (ordered through the AoA parts system). No mark-up or Add-on from my honorable dealer.

If you mean market price - $170k+ depending on location - $180k in S. Calif.
6spd manual seems more rare and is at more of a premium it seems by the cars that have sold. I don't see them selling at MSRP for at least a year.
The problem is, there simply are only a couple available at any given time. Audi is taking their sweet time delivering more cars, that's for sure. A guy in Hollywood was going to sell his and decided to keep it for 6 more months because it's such a great car.

I was speaking to Arno at a dealer today, and he said somebody just dropped off the list
due to personal circumstances. The car was available as of this afternoon. Not sure on all the details or if it is still on the market, so give him a shout.
