I bought a 2019 Year One model fully loaded with everything except towing package. Very low miles and have had it for 2.5 years now. Car is smooth, comfortable, easy to drive and park. Air suspension handles everything and 4 wheel steering gets you it in and out of most tight spots. My biggest gripe is the acceleration, which I feel is non existent. I contemplated a tune but have extended warranty on everything part of the car so will wait before that expires. Also, the wheel alignment is 1.2k due to presense, air suspension and the 4 wheel drive. I argued with the Audi repair guy about it but he was firm on it.
If i could do it over I would probably go with SQ8 or an RSQ8 to get the extra ummmpphhh.

I just got my tires changed and went through hours researching alignment. I ended up having to get it done twice because those Hunter alignment systems were a joke. Car drove worse after. Took it to a performance alignment shop and now my adaptive cruise doesn't ping pong anymore which is interesting.

IMHO, it's not so much the lack of acceleration; the car is reasonably quick. The problem is lack of linearity of acceleration and shifting. Car and Driver said as much in an early review. This can be somewhat improved by selecting the dynamic mode and then selecting "S" in the shift mode. CD recorded a 5.3 zero to 60 time which is pretty good for a 5,000 lb car, but it is just reluctant to get going at lower speeds and doesn't do so gracefully. By contrast, we have a MB R400 wagon that is a joy to drive. The pedal tip in is linear, acceleration is very responsive, the shift points just right. The MB is just .2 seconds faster to 60, but what a different driving experience.
