This is the cable needed to have Sam connect to our Audi's correct? Are there different types? I see this cable for sale on Ebay ranging between around $100-$300.
I feel I need to buy one and have it handy, , because am sure it will get overwritten on both my Audi's when I take them in to get serviced. Just need to know if I really have to spend $300 if I can get one that works for half that amount.
Any help appreciated!

I have had mine programed for 8-9 months (well worth it love the lights out here on the sea-to-sky highway) and it has been in for service 3 times, no issues at all with the headlight after programming from sam, I would just use the cable that he sends because its guaranteed to work properly, I would not chance it with a cheap eBay cable when reprogramming modules.

Had Sam activate my 2019 q8 a few days ago, about 3 weeks from first message sent on WhatsApp to complete. I drive my teen to rural hockey arenas in small towns around us here in canada, and it’s nothing short of amazing when the “light curtain” unfolds and you see the ditches illuminate. I also like the rsq8 startup/shutdown light dance sequence LOL. Zero people have flashed their lights at me so it’s working perfectly. 10/10 would recommend.

Would anyone be willing to share his coding of modules 09 Centr Electrics, 46 Centr Comvenience and A5 Front Sensor Driver Assist?

It's because I've already got rid of VAS device and hence online session with my car will not work.
Would anyone be willing to share those modules codings? It could be in hex for like this:

Hello Guys!
I'm trying to activate the RS light animation on my SQ8. Do you know the procedure?
I saw a video form VCP support where they use a script (I think the script activates the bit inside the 46 channel for activation the RS light animation). After this script we can see they write 2 files for D6 and D7. Both files are .flash, it mees they should be firmwares. I've already written the dataset of D6 and D7 channel into my SQ8, both dataset came from an RSQ8, but the procedure doesn't work.
Do you know what I'm missing or do you have any suggestions? Maybe my 09 doesn't support it?
My 09 is:

Dataset Number: 4M8909864A 0007
