Some subtle updates on the RSQ8 since getting it a few weeks ago.

- 15mm wheel spacers front/rear
- Factory flat bottom steering wheel
- Tint/PPF

Tackled the factory wheel upgrade myself. Pretty straight forward install for anyone who's handy with hand tools. Getting the airbag out wasn't as bad as the forum made it seem. I used a T25 torx to penetrate the rear panel and pop the springs.

The mods look great well done! My question about the flat bottom steering wheel, does it have HOD (hands on detection)? That's why the drivers assistance cars have the round steering since they need HOD for lane keep and highway drive assist tech.

My car has a build date of September 2020, so it was during the transitional period of wheels used on the USA models. I did not have the capacitor style steering wheel as shown in the pics above.

How the RS Q8 should come, IMHO. Looks fantastic. One of the only silver RS Q8's I've seen. Looks great.

Beautiful car. Congratulations! Silver is one of my favorites colours.
You must know that replacing the heated steering wheel on not heated will cause a permanent error in the car module. It cannot be cleared without replacing the steering wheel stalk unit.
