Anyone experiencing oil consumption on their Q8? How much, and is it normal?

I had a 2019 Q8 with little or no oil consumption, particularly post break-in. It was never necessary to add oil and the change in oil level display was little or none. That was over approximately 40K miles.

Just hit 1,000 miles on my 2021 RS Q8 and the oil level is still full.

move had to add 2 quarts 3 times, all before 10,000 miles.

I have seen this problem reported on Q8s a number of times on this forum. I don't think I ever saw a cause or solution defined. I was careful to follow break-in instructions on mine, but I am not sure if that was a factor.

Over 23K on a '19 Q8 and zero oil loss.

At 28k on 2019 Q8, oil down a little as it nears the 10k service intervals, but nowhere at the level necessary to add oil--well, above the minimum mas reported on the app.

Mine is asking for an oil change after 15.8k but not a loss.
