The LCD is damaged
Just like if you smash a digital watch and the crystals don't show numbers anymore, the LCD screen is damaged. Most likely just environmental effects on the liquid crystals, you can replace it, live with it, or look into a way to repair it (never heard of that being successful though).

OK umm its $11 for AirMail, and $29 for Express Mail... so if ya wanna put...
$75 plus $11 or $75 plus $29, and also there is a $11 dollar transaction fee from paypal do either way and when i see the transaction i will send tommorow according to your extra cash transfered. my paypal acct is under my email
