It's more work, but I suspect you'll get a better total price...
... if you sell the parts you remove separately. No doubt there's a bunch of folks who would be interested in individual items like say.. the BBK... but when you're selling the whole car with the BBK already on there, you can't really add the cost to the overall price.
I've seen a bunch of cars sell with and without mods, but I'm really not sure you ever get the money for the mods when selling the car. My opinion is that the mods are mostly for your own enjoyment, and don't necessarily translate to dollars upon selling the car.
Of course the other thing to factor in, is the time and effort to remove the parts you want to sell separately.
Either way, best of luck...

2nd that. Altought my car got sold in exact same status I used to have it, I would sell...
separately the easy plug&play mods. And that what actually I would do with mine if a surprisingly for even me quick sale wouldn't happen.
