My car has now officially started. It was a combination of all your inputs.
1)First bad switch (girlfiend left it on the 3rd position)
2)Causing starter to stay stuck (fried)
3)I change switch (left battery connected oops shorted a fuse next to ecu)
4)Changed fuse (still no crank)
5)Grabbed test light to check current at starter(current was being sent)
6)Changed starter (bad solenoid, after 280K)
7)Charged battery new battery (that was actually purchased sometime earlier during troubleshooting)
8) Started like a Dream! and got rid of that "dry cough" sound it used to have during start up.
Now I know enough to do my dash lights next.
Thanks to All for helping me keep the chariot alive.
Now I still have to pass my Series 7 which I failed last week, during my S6 turmoil (couldn't sleep at night thinking of my car.)
