Default I can easily get very nice ones without locking the diff,

Quattro is great because the car spines around its center.
is the s4 different?

Default Mine remains locked until i reach under and push the celinoid(spelling) back in.....great times...

all night long. Here we get alot of snow storms so some nights i can leave it locked all night. Great for getting the *** to kick out coming out of turns. However when i want to show my buddy up in his SCOOB, i unlock it and let the torsen kick his ***. I am not sure why mine doesn't unlock on it's own or with the button, maybe a vacum line. I like being able to keep it on so it doesn't really bother me. Oh And my car is an '88 90q

However becasue the car was locked in at the lot before i bought it, and lord knows for how long, my diff died and my driver side rear cv joint wore. The reason i got the car so cheap was because the diff was locked. I figured out how to unlock from underneath then took it for a test drive, with telling the guy i knew what was wrong. Then parked it there, locked it again as to make it still look broke, then talked him down from 4000 to 2000. Paid him came back after he was closed, reached underneath unlocked it and drove till the snow came....

sorry, it's a bit long.

Any way my point is yeah, lock it, and somebody in the 90 fourm should know how to by-pass it to keep it locked for a bit.

good luck.
Mike
