Default speaker issue (Bose in '93)
my front right speaker has decided not to play music and just give a mono static sound. Is the speaker dead or amp gone bad? thoughts? suggestions?

Default My guess would be amp
Sounds like what happened in my Vette when one of the amps went. I have an extra right front amp/speaker assembly if you end up needing one.

Default I believe if you take the door panel apart, you will find....
there is an amp ON that speaker. And, yeah, my money is on the amp.
