So apparently having the gas tank replaced killed the RR antilock brake sensor...

The sensor may have just gotten pulled out of the housing a bit down by the hub
It is easy to disturb them since they are not bolted in, they just push into place. If the brakes shudder under normal braking just before you come to a complete stop the sensor is probably pulled out a bit.

When I repaired my gas tank, both sensor wires have to be moved out of the way,
to take out the tank. The sensors were not touched, at the wheels. I cut mine, and spliced them back together. Did you do this, and possibly not reconnect them?
