Yes, that is the one that turns on the fan while the car is running. The one that turns on the after-run pump is located under the intake manifold screwed into the water manifold (the smaller one of the two that is closer to the radiator).

Update - on further investigation I found the screw on cap on the coolant reservoir to be doing it's job poorly, so I'm pretty sure that's the culprit. I can't even tighten it, when I turn it tighter it'll keep snapping loose again. This is a new reservoir (and cap) to replace the old one which was broken, but I guess it's crap. Now I need to find a new cap (and possibly reservoir too).
