Default Need to replace my HID's...opinions?

My Sylvania HID kit is on the way out, one of the ballasts is failing. I STFA, seems like most of the popular brands are actually Taiwanese knock-offs? Is there one kit that people have found to be better than others? I read something about the McCulloch kit being decent. Any opinions on what would be my best option for a replacement? I found this one on ebay, what do you think?<ul><li><a href="http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/_Car-Truck-Parts-Accessories__5000K-McCulloch-HID-Xenon-Kit-All-type-Free-Shipping_W0QQitemZ370100005052QQadnZCarQ20Q26Q20Tr uckQ20PartsQ20Q26Q20AccessoriesQQadiZ2865QQcmdZVie wItem?hash=item370100005052&

Go with a DDMtuning 55watt (or 35watt like I run) digital HID kit. You can thank me later.

Default How much did you pay for the full HI/LO kit?

Am I reading this correctly? Only $170 for the full HI/LO kit? BTW, the urS4 uses 9004 bulbs for both high and low right?

Default See the thread going a couple posts down. I commented there about some kits.

I have heard good things about McCulloch, but its more than I want to pay with some of these cheaper decent quality kits that are now available. Especially since you say you have a Sylvania kit crapping out.

Default Retro-Solutions

He's an AW advertiser and in my experience the customer service has been great. I haven't had them installed long but I'm happy with the kit so far.

He's a bit more expensive than some of the China kits but I preferred to buy 'local' and support one of AW's advertisers.<ul><li><a href="http://www.retro-solutions.com/audiworldGB.html">http://www.retro-solutions.com/audiworldGB.html</a</li></ul>
