Default Yes, it came from Canada. Federalized in
2001, IIRC. I'll email the only pic I have; take some others later if you're still interested.

Just FYI. I would fix it, as you could do a coilpack conversion and I could sell you a stock turbo, not burning oil...Keep it. Fix it. Enjoy it.

Sell it, you'll never recoup your loss by repairing. I've poured tens of thousands into repairs.
