kday, did you figured out your coolant leak? I'm loosing about 1/2 quarts every 500miles,

it's either at the afterrun pump just under neath your intake manifold
or it's coming from an improper seal at the water pump.
If you had the Pink coolant, you'd know exactly where the leak was coming from, IMHO.
My bet is that it's your afterrun pump.

afterrun pump checked, no leak there. Water pump seal? haven't check there, didn't see any coolant
leaking around that area, I actually didn't see coolant dripping from the engine bay at all.
If it is leaking form the seal, replace or re-torque?

note that the afterrun pump will only leak after the car has been run up to temp, then sits
it leaks under heat soak, not under driving conditions. mine would be fine for my entire 62mi commute, wouldn't leak a drop when first parked, but I'd come back at the end of the workday to a puddle of coolant under the driver's front tire. if it's hot or wet outside, the coolant will either evaporate or blend in with the ground. took me a week to figure this out, luckily I park in the same spot and noticed a blue coolant stain after a few days.
