Here's the run down on my '93 S4.

First, the negatives.

Whining noise (increases and decreases with speed)coming from front of car(Dennis @ Waterford European said it could be worn front diff bearings).

A/C needs recharging.

Brake "bomb" needs replacing.(brake light is always on)

Sunroof control panel(where the switch is) has fallen out. (switch works).

Half the lighting on the HVAC controls is burnt out(all features work).

Now the Positives:

Timing belt, thermostat, water pump, idler pulley, belt tensioner, serpentine drive belt, coolant, front brake hoses, front wheel bearings, coolant recovery tank, and 4 wheel alignment (all work done @ Waterford European).

Parts I've replaced/upgraded:

Euro spec headlight lenses
Sylvania Silverstar Ultra Hi and low beam bulbs
Sylvania Silverstar fog lamp bulbs
auxilliary coolant pump
O2 sensor
new plugs(Bosch F5DOR)
coil on plug extenders
valve cover gasket set
Turbo system hoses(Samco)
Clutch Master cylinder
Sears International Group 48 battery
New brake discs and pads
new left rear brake hose
remanifactured rear amp
driver door jamb switch(used from Shokan Audi)
driver seat memory switch(again..shokan)
driver window switch(shokan)

It has 116,250 miles(I got it with 100,500 miles)

So, any thoughts as to how much I could ask for it?

Almost forgot. Dennis @ Waterford European replaced the servotronic steering rack on my S4.

If it's a nice as the pictures look I'd say at least 6-7k, maybe more, with that low milage. It would help to fix a few issues. The sunroof switch should be easy to fix with some JBWeld epoxy on the clips. And the bulbs out should be an easy fix, I would think.

If the interior is as clean as the exterior, I agree that $6-7k is about right. tasty! GLWS.

Thanks for the responses but my financial situation has changed, for the worse. At this point I have two cars, the S4 and an '06 Dodge Dakota(daily driver). The Dakota is worth much more than the S4 so I will be selling the Dakota to cover bills/loans and keeping the S4. Thanks again for the responses, they are appreciated.
