i used to bring 2 bottles back from guatemala every time I flew - luckily you can find it in the states more now (I still have a stash of duty-free-boxed bottles tho')

That's why I like using USPS money orders for out-of-state purchases.
I understand the Postal Inspector's office has a decent budget. And that mail fraud in any amount is a federally-punishable offense.
