No, I beleive he's refering to the clips found on the end of part 16...
...which do not have an individual part number.
According to Audi America you have to buy the entire headlamp assembly to get them. Hella Canada does claim to be able to supply them, but is presently showing them as out of stock and waiting upon another production run, which I was assured will take place sometime before 2012. Yikes! Hope no one's in a rush for these.

You are correct. I also found that the white adjuster at the other end of #16 is rotted off. Not really looking to keep these for a long time, but funds are a bit short, and I can't afford euro's at present time.
