Yeah its a case of boring out the centre of the disc,to fit. Then use spacers...
I know stoptech do i kit for the euro s6 set up and movit, but are both crazy money and only 4 pots!! thats where the porsche cayenne set up makes a bit more sense and they are six pots, just takes a bit more time and work.Mind u finding used cayenne Calipers is a chore, they are rare as rocking horse poop!!

Heh. Rocking horse poop.
Damien, you are funny.
Yes, skip the drilled rotors. Yes, I know, lots of folks use them forever with no cracking. And some folks smoke cigarettes and live into their late 90s. I would skip the drilled rotors and go slotted. In fact, I do so myself.
If you can, go Cayenne. Or North American struts so you can go 993TT/RS2 brackets/322x30 D2 A8 rotors, with Fedoro pads.

Depends on the rotor.
The really wimpy ones used in a lot of newer Japanese cars will warp.
The good ones can get pad deposits, yes. But more often, the metallurgy of the rotor changes. I think StopTech's website explains this pretty well.

yep. especially going down big grade then coming to full stop. an old guru I know used to...
get furious at people coming in complaining about their warped rotors.
unfortunately for him it's a bit much to expect every soccer mom and average joe to think and care about not standing on the brakes at the stop sign at the bottom of the mountain gap roads. and his shop is located right in the middle of a mountain range...
also agree it's not always warped rotors but deposits get left exactly the same way - red hot rotors then clamp the pads hard for a 90 second stop light.

That's what contributes to pad deposits
Hot rotors with the pads held in one place when stopped contributes to pad deposits.

Here's the explanation SilberUrS6 mentioned
