Default Does anyone know if there is a quicker ratio steering rack for the URS4?

or something from a different year/model/chassis that bolts in? I am test driving one for possible purchase and I really like the car except for the slow steering.

any thoughts appreciated, TIA!

None that I know of. Unless you have a 1992, it doesn't even have a rear swaybar--I think that would help alot. STaSIS should make a kit. I'd buy it. =)

Default Not that I know of, but disabling Servotronic improves the steering feel dramatically...

For the later cars disabling the steering "overboost" is simply a matter of pulling a relay under the hood.

Default As far as I know, no...

That's the one big disappointment on the S-cars is the slow steering response and lowsy feel of the servotronic system. Even mucking about with the servotronic relay by changing the resistive values (or just unplugging it all together) does not help very much.

I'm sure if someone came up with a new, bolt-in, faster steering rack that many would jump at it.
