Default the small one is easy, the large one takes a little more work.
Try drilling a small hole in the big one, near the edge and screw in a self-tapping screw. Grab the scrw with vice-grips and pry out. Use a block of wood to prevent damaging the aluminum casing.

Default I was using a snap on slide hammer that is for pulling seals....
that beotch didn't want to move for anything. took about 45 minutes to get it out.
