Can someone describe exactly which piece the "Bump stop" is that I can remove in my rear Suspension?

Default Can someone describe exactly which piece the "Bump stop" is that I can remove in my rear Suspension?

Is it that rubber cone piece in the top assembly about an inch thick?

Bur, it's there to keep it from bottoming, and running your suspension to far. Why do you want to remove it?

Last weekend I installed H&amp;R springs and Bilstein Shocks... I was told to remove it.
