95 S6 Headlight bulb, OEM, is it an H1 or US 9005? would H1, euro lense help? no upgrade wire harnes
I am considering getting the European Headlight lense and assembly with the standard 55W H1 bulb for low beam ($600.00 per set ). INSTEAD, I could spend $150.00 and just buy the euro lense and keep whatever bulbs come stock on these cars removing my old US lense. Is it better to buy the entire euro lense and assembly for the bulbs that come with it, or will it be the same as me just replacing the lense and keeping my old bulbs in my car now. Apparently Puma says that 55W are what are there now and the next jump is to 80W and too hot. They recommend a higher intensity phillips 55W.

I have a set of new European projector assemblies if anyone is interested
Email me if you are interested, You have to take the headlights apart to install them though. I can't quote a price here or it'll be deleted.
