034/WAGNER RS2 AND SPORT QUATTRO CAST REPLICA MANIFOLDS
We wanted to announce an exciting new product we've been working on for some time in conjunction with Wagner Tuning.
The idea is a very high quality cast exhaust manifold, OE fit and finish, OE material quality, using advanced CAD and CFD tools along with flow bench testing to create the highest flowing, most even flowing manifolds available on the market.
The SportQ replica will feature a T3 turbine flange and Audi Wastegate flange.
The RS2 will retain the stock flange setup.
These will not be your average "cast iron" manifold, smooth surface finish, the most advanced turbo application steel alloy and redesigned collectors and runners allow larger turbochargers with T3 flange applications.
Runner ID's have been greatly increased with a constant section width, as well as runner and collector shape to optimize flow.

Compared to Stock RS2

We will have pre-production castings in 4-6 weeks for final approval, and final production pieces 4-6 weeks after that. Pricing will be designed to be very competitive with available options out there, performance will be second to none and we'll certainly offer the best warranty in the industry against cracking, warping or any other manufacturing defects.
