Just talked to least interested, least helpful audi customer representative and he told me if you get 6 months of prime then you can purchase 12 months of plus, your plus won't expire even when prime is expired.
So i was thinking if anyone really want plus for 2020 and older models, can get 6 months for prime then monthly subscription for plus for 5 months for $25 per month and then in 6th month can get 12 months plus for another 11 months after prime expires.

I recently turned in my '21 e-tron and leased '24 Q8 e-tron. When I had '21, Audi Connect Plus was $499 but now with the '24 Q8 e-tron it's listed as $250. Not sure if they decreased the price for all or it's just for 2024 vehicles.

Don't you also need to buy Connect nav to keep the satellite map and traffic, etc? $150 for that. Still, the total is less than $499. My trial expired last November, and it was $499 then, I'll have to wait and see.

On my '21, there were 2 packages. Audi Connect Prime ($36/monthly) and Plus ($49/monthly). As far as I remember, Prime included some features with limited wifi but Plus included everything plus unlimited wifi hotspot. On the webpage, it was clearly stated that all Prime features were included on Plus package and had extra features such as unlimited hotspot.

Right now it shows Audi Connect NAV and Audi Connect Plus but I think you are right, both package may need to be purchased separately, because I don't see any statement that Plus includes everything from NAV package like the way it was with Prime and Plus. I believe Audi decided to separate these packages to allow customers to choose either one based on their needs, or purchase both.
