New to Audi so a little bit confused about the connect. Is the base connect care free and unlimited for life of vehicle? And then if you get plus, it includes includes prime?
If you get Plus you have it all. Plus has a WiFi hotspot. The Prime package, at the lower price, only has "Basic WiFi", which means just services to maintain the Prime features but no hotspot that you can connect with. https://www.audiusa.com/us/web/en/in...i-connect.html

Connect "Care" is included with your new car, i believe for 10 years. that allows you to make SOS calls and use the app for climate control and other basic features.
i just renewed "Prime" without the "Plus". $199 for 6 months. i don't need the wifi hotspot, i just wanted to get the satellite imagery back and try using MMI navigation more often with live traffic vs. using Carplay. mine has been inactive for 3+ years, i just didn't feel like paying for it but i will give it a shot and see if it's better. i like the nav directions showing up in the HUD ( you don't get that with carplay)
Weird… I just got an email that said my free 6-month Audi Connect trial has just been activated. My current Audi Connect plan was set to expire on January 14th, And the kicker is I have exactly 6-months left on my lease.
