Yep, it blew my mind as well . . . We have all seen the new car incentives, I stumbled on this one and just received my check yesterday, so I can validate that it works! I purchased my 2019 E-Tron in November of last year. Best of luck! KH

Seems odd. How about spend the money on better infrastructure that won't burn down half of California.

I'm on PG&E and all I can say is that I am sure glad that I bought solar about 2.5 years ago. Electricity was running us about 5k per year. Now it's $0. I break even at the true up even with the EV.
