Hi, new member, new owner (of preowned 2019 e-tron) and same issue in app, despite delete/reintstall. Can you please elaborate on what you had to have repaired/replaced so I can try to address with Audi Service? Thank you.

The passenger airbag warning will remain on no matter how many times you restore your myAudi app. It is a bug that was introduced last year. Do not worry about it. Just ignore it.

Unfortunately, it looks like Audi is ignoring it as well.

Right under the passenger airbag message, it says that your Audi partner is happy to help.

And just like that, 11:20am today, it disappeared after probably 7 months. I did nothing.

Still there. Beverly Hills Audi Service says they know nothing and can do nothing to resolve it. Annoyingly persistent bug, IMHO.

There is nothing to figure out. This is on Audi. Their backend server is taking a valid signal and for some reason after an update last year is displaying that signal to the user through the app as an error. Audi has chosen not to fix this feature which would require some very low software troubleshooting.
