Ceramic brake pads ok?
My new to me ‘20 Sportback seems to have classic OEM brake dust. I have always changed to ceramic pads in the past to reduce the dust. Any issues doing that on an EV? Does it mess with the regen or anything?

I've seen nothing in the six different EVs that i own that say you need a special brake pad or can't use ceramics. I have never had to replace them either because they rarely get used.

The car almost never taxes the brakes or even uses them much at all; I’m not sure how you’re getting so much brake dust tbh.
The etron is a very heavy vehicle, so make sure the ceramic pads you purchase have the correct brake Mu, (torque) to stop it in an emergency situation as that is not the time to find out they suck.
