Just heard that the e tron range will be around 250 miles give or take. How do you guys think this will stack up to the Jaguar I Pace?

Are you talking the I Pace rated range 234mi or the real world reports, which range from "can't get 200" to "can beat the rated easily"

It's tough to guess at this stage, a big factor is how much of the e-tron's 95 kWh battery is usable. Would love the flexibility of Tesla's UI where it defaults to 80-90% but the full 100% can be used for a road trip

I suspect the weight and aero are close to a tie. I like to think the audi motor logic and programming are a little more efficient after the longer road testing before launch.

Short answer: similar range with a wide range of drivers over and under based on terrain and aggression.

Is this also where I can predict Audi sandbagged the 0-60? all the specs suggest to me that it'll be high 4 seconds

I sure hope real world range is better than the I-Pace, as well as a better than 5.5 0-60 - that's not much better than an ICE Q5. If these numbers are better than what they've announced, then it would be a compelling buy.

What I want to get clear before I buy is ...is this a hybrid? Cen I just top off with gas if the battery is running low near end of range.

Just read that the Jaguar I pace has a 234 mile range. Boring exterior and interior colors. Easy to change the exterior, but stuck with interior unless I wantr to wait months.

There are a lot of unanswered questions out there, but etron quattro is definately a BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle) and not a hybrid.
