Default After Market Running Boards?

I have a 19 e-tron and might like to put running boards on it. From what I have been able to find, there is no OEM part. I;m fine with aftermarket so thats ok. The problem I am having is that I'm having trouble finding aftermarket ones too. Have any of you out there put after market boards on? If so what fits?

Doesn’t the Audi e-tron sit pretty low among SUVs? It nearly has the stance of a station wagon. It doesn’t need one, I’d say that’s the reason there is no factory option.

There likely is no easy way to mount running boards on the e-tron. The frame rails are not exposed. At the bottom, there is only a plastic cover underneath the body that you likely cannot mount anything to. Running boards will also mess with the aerodynamics. The fact that there are not even aftermarket ones to me suggests that it cannot easily be done.

30k sold world wide 2019-2023 is a pretty tiny market for the investment of making running boards.

Civic sells 30k+ every quarter.

Thanks for the replies. Really looking to see if there was any kind of aftermarket product. Not having the rails exposed would definitely be a problem. Even though the car can sit low, in some ride stances its up there. Chief problem for me is the misses is really short, so she wants a step.

They sell aftermarket air suspension controllers that would allow you to dump the suspension and really lower the car down. In efficiency mode the car sits really low.

I do not see any type of running board or anything available of that nature from Audi. As mentioned above if you need to lower the e-tron the CETE module could help out specifically for your needs. You could set one drive select mode to a very low height that is only used for getting in and out of the car. Then you can leave other drive select modes are factory height or lower a smaller amount.

The nice part is the CETE suspension controllers allow you to set the height of each main drive select mode separately.

The other option is to set show mode with the CETE app when parked getting the car as low as possible for easy entry and exit.

The suspension controller wasn't something i considered. I figured it wouldn't go any lower without physically changing suspension parts. might have to look into that.
