cars.com is an inherently inaccurate way to search, as it's very slow to update actual inventory on hand

How many are being shipped in MY22 with Sept/October landing dates?

Impossible to filter things that way. The first batch are 2021 orders that were converted to 2022's by Audi, and sold 2022 orders. I don't expect any major inventory levels until Q4, and even that will be more limited vs previous years across all models

Broker is offering 7% off mrsp on MY22 eTron order
https://forum.leasehackr.com/t/audi-...ice-com/271783

So that seems currently achievable with at least one east coast dealer

only issue is that incentives are unknown and might be zero (other than $7500 tax credit pass through on leases). In March there was $9500 of credits ($7500 manufacturer plus $2000 Costco), in addition to the $7500 tax credit pass through for leases.

August Costco programs just dropped... good for an extra $1000 off e-trons.

Leasecompanion on LH has great deals... he also has no e-trons and the 10% off number doesn't apply to them.

I just ordered my 22 Etron and the dealer didn't take anything off list, but they also did not put any increase over list. I also visited another dealer and they wanted 10-20% over list if they can find one. Now I wait.

Question would be do I lease and get a lower cost by having the dealer get the 7500 or purchase and I get the 7500 tax incentive? I have no issue with the mileage limitations and really looking forward to having the car.

You get the incentive either way

on a lease Audi gives it to you as cap cost reduction (downpayment); on a buy, you claim it yourself when you file taxes

What kind of lease terms did they give you? Also probably going to go the lease route.

I have not been given any incentives or rates until the car arrives. The dealer states that they can not commit until that time. Expected delivery sometime in October and it’s going to be the 2022 model.

That's what my dealer said as well, incentives would be determined at the time of delivery. Still debating to pre-order now or wait until I know what the incentives are.
