Yesterday was a good day for the AR!
Well the indy has stepped up to the plate! He submitted a claim to his insurance for the damage to my engine and the claim has been approved. I am very relieved to say the least. He does not want to even bother with the INDS inspection - his choice. So INDS is off the hook Bruce...for now
He is not fully admitting fault but admits it is suspicious the tensioner failed three days after they touched it. So now he said it will take a couple of weeks to complete the work. Very happy!!!!

Yeah I think that's aprt of it..I have sent allot of business his way over the years.

Re: Should we send him some emails praising his integrity.....
So he knows his actions are noticed in the Audi community, and in the long run this gesture will bring him more customers & encourage him to step up again if something like this happens?
