Default Not like that here.

Right now I am sitting at a lake with a couple families - and a total of 8 kids under 10 waiting for fireworks. Its kinda noisy.

Default yea mine was not too terribly quiet

blues traveler/live/collective soul concert from 5pm-11pm followed by a party that was so loud that at 2 I decided to go and sleep in my car rather than trying to find a couch to sleep on and deal with the noise.

Default Happy 4th to everyone! We went for dinner at a a truly great place called Wildwood in Geneva.

My better half inhaled a filet, while I dismembered a 2 pound lobster.

There were no gunshots, gangbangers, and our ar was still in the same parking spot we left it in.

Got home about 8pm, and spent the rest of the night till around 11pm cuddling our two parrot, as the sound of the fireworks were frightening them.

The meal was so good that I decided to book reservations for 4 couples tonite.

Lobster on the grill!

From what I can tell, it is a poorly written article. Did they just read specs and assume a car was quiet based on what sound deadening features were added? Or did they actually drive, test, and measure each? It doesn't sound like they did.
It also seems they chose cars that mostly older people drive. Why does that matter? Because older people have weaker hearing. I see this over and over with new car buyers.
