Default Warranty advice for a newbie

I am looking for some advice on an extended warranty. I currently have a $2,000 policy that covers major ticket items (not including the suspension) and for an additional $2,300 they will add true bumper-to-bumper coverage for 4 years or 25,000 miles (I only put about 10 miles a day on the car so I'm not worried about the mileage piece).

The warranty would be for a 2005 allroad 4.2 AT5 with premium package, cold weather package and 50k miles. The car was well taken car of by its previous owner (all routine maintenance done on time and by and Audi shop) and is running great right now.

Should I bank the $2,300 or buy the warranty upfront?

Any advice would be appreciated!

Tough call, because you already spent $2K? Can you get that back? Then it's a no-brainer.

Yes, will do. Cancel it, I can tell you that now. You can do better, even if not through me.

I paid $1,699 for an inclusive 3 year 36k mile warranty called maxcare. So far they have fixed 11k worth of stuff so definitely get a inclusive warranty...but 4,300 is way to much money

Default I'm still grappling with decision to shell out for ext warranty once CPO goes

Bruce gave me some info...now the wife and I have to determine if we're gonna keep the car before going extended.
