What are you asking? Are you wondering which one is better for you?
If so, perhaps a little more information may help like: where do you live? how do you drive? what kinds of roads? winters? track time? autox? family? towing/hauling? etc. etc.

Pirelli is not the allroad size.. 235? is should be 225
its also 8 lbs heavier than the Falken, also the Pirelli is a W speed rate and the Falken is a V. The Pirelli is a larger diameter than the Falken.
I can vouch for the 30 Mile tread wear out of the Falkens..being I got that much out of my first and bought a second. I don't know about the Pirelli.
But as RMcQ said.. how and where do you drive...what do you need? This is key to any tire answer.

He was asking about the Pirelli Black m+s, but why not go one size large?
I haven't tested it, but I have the feeling that the allroad speedometer/odometer may be a little fast. A larger tire would correct that. Have you ever tested your speedometer?

I have zero neros on my TT (M&S) as my summer tires and really like them- my only complaint is
they seem to take a set like the old nylon tires did and when cold it takes a mile or so for them to smooth out. I was looking at the 235/55/17s for the allroad thinking the size was no problem (1.6% increased circum giving a little over 71 mph when speedo indicates 70) and that it would make a nice 3 (or 4) season tire for a good price with decent wear. I have PA2s on my 17" rims for winter with the stock zero rossos on my 18" OEM wheels. I thought if I could find another set of 17" wheels I would get them. I'm leaning towards thinking I have enough wheels and will probably spring for the zero neros in the 245/45/18 size while they're still available. I think you cant go wrong with the zero neros.
