Time for my AR to go away.........

for a little while. While parked in the lot at work, a NYC Police SUV pulled in with four cops inside. They pulled right up next to my AR while I was walking out to my engines. I noticed their SUV was pretty close to my car, but didn't give it much thought.
Next afternoon, my son is washing the AR and he calls me outside and asks me what I hit. Whadda ya mean..hit?!?! And he shows me this nice gash in the front passenger door. The fn cops had smashed the side of my car when they got out of their vehicle. Why the NYC cops come onto railroad property to use our bathroom facilities when their precinct is around the corner is beyond me.
My effort to track down the cop(s) that did this has been fruitless. Today, my AR goes into the body shop for repairs. New York's finest....yeah...right!!

This is typical .... people do not care for others property anylonger...
My AR has not got one scratch yet, and I am not looking forward for that day... But theother day I was washing the A6 avant (black, you see everything) and I see a long scratch on the right fender. Either somebody with a key (looks very much like it , or a shopping cart).
Accidents happen. Anyone can make a mistake. You just leave your coordinate ..... That the way people used to do. But this has become an exception now...

had a tool that lived in my building crease the drivers door
as he was pulling out of his parking space. No matter how well you treat your things someone somewhere will mess them up for you.

Got my first dent yesterday...
Me and wife were at the doctor for an ultrasound to here our first child heartbeat...and when I came back out found a dent and scuffs on my driver rear door...remembered the SUV next to me was the same color....I actually was too exited about the heartbeat and ultrasound to be pissed....I guess that it how it goes one good thing and one bad thing! It all has to balance out.

Sorry to hear about that. Had an A-Hole in a SUV back into my ar this past weekend...
at a member/guest outing and smashed the rear bumper and broke the rear fog light valance / lic. plate molding. Now I also have a Yukon XL (before that an Expedition, Explorer, Jimmy) and have never backed into someone. Another example of don't buy what you can't driver ot control.

I'm I the only one who writes down license plates of large vehicles I park next to when I have no
choice? I mean if you can tell the paint was the same colour you know it was that car it would be good to have the plate. I guess you had more important things to think about.
