phantom radio switches on/off by itself

phantom radio switches on/off by itself

has anyone else had this happen?
it quickly shuts off, then back on by itself.
drove me f'ing nuts.
got back in the car tonight and it was fine.
any thoughts?

mine did that....

and then it took a dump on me the next week. Still waiting on a replacement. Out warranty of course! Good luck!
