p0022, cooling fan not moving, and p0741 related?
I just picked up an 03 AR 2.7T... The CEL was on when I got it bc the tq converter needs to be replaced. The oil temp warning flashed yesterday and I noticed that the fan behind the radiator on the passenger side, part # 8D0959455S. ran the diagnostics and CEL code P0022 came up. Are any of these related? While in the shop for the TC could I have these fixed and save labor costs? TIA

You will not be saving any labor cost with the issues your allroad has, unless you are doing the work. It seems like a catastrophic failure all around. I would not have purchased it without running a diagnostic first. Sorry if I'm coming across rude but to answer your question - Well... no, they are not related.
You already know the TC (or anything encompassing it) has to be replaced.
The P0022 is related to timing - it may be way off, jump'd time, or cams need to be adjusted. Then check TPS and every other sensor in regard to your cooling.
Good luck with your findings.
