Off topic question for DSLR guru's.I have a D300 and wanting a new lens.
I found one out of the UK for lest than half of the price here.The website has all sorts of credit card and e commerce safety approval.I'm new to this and value the intelligence on here that I sometimes lack

research the website before ordering!
Sites like this try the bait and switch all the time..."we are out of stock on this lens but have lens B for full price...we can give you credit for..blah blah blah..."
Google the sites name and look for feedback.

OT: I have several lenses for my D300 and there are fish-hooks you
should look out for. Warranty issues; if not a "sold in US" camera/lens getting repairs can be difficult. Give me an email: lester.lampman@comcast.net.

Go with B&H in NYC and avoid the hassle
A few dollars more, but zero doubts about product, credit card safety, returns, yadda yadda yadda...
Their customer service is great, and they price competitively.

considered grey market. You won't have any waranty
if that's important to you. You can also google camera shops in Canada. You may find similar deals.

if you do, use a visa money card for that amount or slightly over. they won't be able
to get any bank or secure information from or about you - if that is one of your worries.
